Vehicles are delivered at our Göktürk central office. Home delivery is available for an extra fee upon request.
The minimum rental period is 24 hours. We do not offer hourly rentals.
Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level as when delivered. We apply a fair fuel policy and do not charge extra.
Only individuals listed in the rental agreement are allowed to drive the vehicle. An additional driver service is available.
Yes, all our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected inside and out after each use.
Prices include VAT, mandatory traffic insurance, and full coverage. Extra services (navigation, child seat, etc.) are charged separately.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
